About Your Career Coach
Jennifer believed people deserved to find joy in their work - so she spent 15 years making sure they could.
As an HR and talent leader for some of the most recognizable organizations in the country, Jennifer has led talent acquisition, talent management, training, and human resources for companies ranging from 500 to 40,000 employees. Her career has spanned industries and scales: from a joint-venture startup between AT&T, Verizon, and T-Mobile that developed what is now known as Google Wallet, to a division of Optum, one of the largest health services companies in the world, to Yum! Brands, the global parent company of KFC, Taco Bell, and Pizza Hut.
The average person will spend 90,000 hours working in their lifetime. Jennifer has spent her career inside the organizations where those hours are lived - and she's seen firsthand what separates people who thrive from people who stall. It's rarely about talent. It's almost always about clarity, positioning, and knowing how to navigate the system.
That's what she now brings to her coaching work. Jennifer specializes in mid-career professionals ready for more, leaders building toward the next level, and individuals navigating major life and career transitions.
As a credentialed member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and the National Career Development Association (NCDA), Jennifer brings professional coaching standards to every client engagement. She is also a member of the Society of Human Resources (Dallas HR chapter), a winner of the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC) Award of Excellence for Internal Communications, and has been recognized by HR Today for excellence in Employer Branding. She is a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Incorporated and serves on the Advisory Board for the School of Journalism at Baylor University, where she earned her Bachelor's Degree. She also holds a Master of Science in Management, Administration and Organizational Behavior from the University of Texas at Dallas.
